Main Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Sr. Director, Contracting and Pricing in all related matters and successfully and timely complete all tasks and responsibilities.
• Responsible for data preparation, validation, calculation, and analytics related to the administration of government and commercial contracts.
• Responsible for analyzing, documenting, reviewing, and the submission of all mandated product and pricing obligations for all federal and state government programs in accordance with Helsinn's methodology, including, but not limited to, Medicaid (AMP, BP, USA, state reporting), Medicare Part B (ASP), Office of Pharmacy Affairs (PHS), Veteran Affairs (NFAMP, FCP, FSS, IFF, TRICARE) within the mandated timelines.
• Responsible for processing commercial (e.g., rebates, chargebacks, etc.) and government (e.g., administrative fees, rebates, etc.) payments while remaining compliant with contract terms, government guidelines and regulations, and within the designated timelines.
• Responsible for addressing internal and external customer issues, including, but not limited to, Membership inquiries, contract price changes, contract updates, customer communications, etc., and ensure the successful resolution of these matters.
• Responsible for preparing pricing committee presentations, analysis, and assisting the Sr. Director, Contract and Pricing with, and at times leading, the execution of approved actions.
• Collaborates with the Legal team, internal and external, on contract and compliance related matters such as contract revisions, legislation changes and their applicability to Helsinn, reporting requirements, internal documentation updates, etc. and ensure approved actions are successfully completed on time.
Collaborates with the Finance team on Gross to Net, financial forecasting, payment processing, etc. and ensure successful and timely completion of all the related obligations.
• Responsible for maintaining internal documentation such as SOPs, policies, procedures, methodologies, etc.
• Work collaboratively with 3rdparty partners responsible for PAP and copay programs, state price transparency reporting, government pricing, etc. to ensure associated tasks are completed successfully and on time.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned to meet departmental and organizational goals.

Work Experience Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus in the contracting and pricing functional area.
• Must have experience with government price calculation and reporting for state and federal programs (Medicaid, PHS, FSS, state price transparency, etc.).
• Must have a thorough understanding of the various interdependencies of pricing and financial analysis, and the various regulatory concepts applicable to government reporting.
• Must have experience with price concessions (e.g., chargebacks, rebates, etc.) processing, analysis, etc.
• Exhibits strong communications (i.e., verbal, written), influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong business, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal routine supervision, and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must have strong Microsoft Office suite skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with 5i products is highly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
