**Position Summary**
**_Selected candidate will be required to work Central/Eastern time._**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager for our new Client Implementation Team at Meritain Health. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the team in delivering exceptional client-facing services, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients and partnering with both internal and external partners
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing implementation team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Project Management: Oversee the execution, and delivery of client implementation projects, utilizing best practices in project management to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to both the team and cross-functional onboarding teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional leaders, including sales, plan teams and support, to ensure alignment on client needs and successful onboarding experience. .
**Required Qualifications**
Proven track record of leading successful teams in project management or implementation in operational or healthcare settings..
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce, including ability to create reports and maneuver through multiple objects easily.
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, a related field or 3+ years related experience.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
