Job DescriptionDevelop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. Lead change management activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans. Design and deliver training programs and communication plans to support change initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust as needed. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to support them in their role as change champions. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and ensure successful change adoption. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
This role is currently hybrid out of our Waltham, MA office. Our office will be relocating to Boston, MA in the spring. This position will then be hybrid after the move out of Boston, MA (2 days per week).
Candidates will be required to commute to both locations during this transition.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in change management.Minimum of 7+ years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree.Preferred Requirements:
Master’s degree is preferred. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
