Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sr. Manager of Content and Web Marketing to lead our content strategy and digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of content across all digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive content strategy that supports our business objectives, enhances our online presence, and strengthens customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketer with a deep understanding of content creation, SEO, web performance, and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, relevant content and drive meaningful web traffic to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development & Execution

Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.Oversee and sometimes, as needed, create of a variety of content types, including blogs, articles, videos, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages and write content as needed.Ensure all content is on-brand, optimized for SEO, and tailored to different stages of the customer journey.

Web Marketing & Digital Presence

Direct and manage the company’s website content and structure, ensuring it is user-friendly, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices.Collaborate with the web development team to drive enhancements, optimize performance, and maintain a seamless user experience across all platforms.Manage paid digital marketing campaign strategy (e.g., PPC, display ads) and work to optimize conversion rates from the web.

SEO & Analytics

Lead SEO strategy and implementation to ensure high organic visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content development, and backlink strategies.Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor, report on, and improve the performance of all web and content marketing initiatives.Use data insights to continuously optimize campaigns, improve user engagement, and drive higher ROI.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Build, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to execute content strategies effectively.Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with the overall brand, messaging, and lead generation goals.Lead brainstorming sessions, foster creative collaboration, and ensure consistent quality across all content produced.

Budget Management & Reporting

Manage the content and web marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet marketing and business objectives.Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact of content and web marketing efforts on business growth and KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.8+ years of experience in content marketing, web marketing, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization.Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies across multiple digital platforms.Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and design tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).Data-driven with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to drive decisions.
