ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the organization's digital learning strategy, aligning it with overall business goals and learning objectivesLead the digital transformation of learning and development initiatives, identifying opportunities to integrate emerging technologies like e-learning, mobile learning, and microlearningCollaborate with senior leadership, human resources, and other stakeholders to ensure digital learning solutions meet organizational needsProgram Design and Development:
Oversee the design and development of high-quality digital learning programs, including e-learning courses, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning solutionsManage the development of learning materials, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles, instructional design models, and industry best practicesWork closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and content developers to ensure learning content is engaging, effective, and accessibleTechnology and Innovation:
Lead the selection and implementation of learning technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms, and authoring toolsStay up to date with digital learning trends and innovations, introducing new tools and technologies to enhance the learning experienceEnsure the digital learning ecosystem integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM) to support learning management, tracking, and reporting
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor a team of digital learning professionals, including instructional designers, e-learning developers, LMS administrators, and content creatorsFoster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the digital learning teamEnsure the professional development of team members through training, coaching, and skill development opportunitiesEvaluation and Analytics:
Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of digital learning programs, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvementMonitor and report on learner engagement, course completion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)Conduct learner feedback surveys, focus groups, and evaluations to ensure programs meet learning objectives and are aligned with business goalsBudget and Resource Management:
Manage the digital learning budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with organizational prioritiesNegotiate with vendors and service providers for digital learning tools, platforms, and servicesEnsure the timely delivery of digital learning projects, meeting both budgetary and timeline constraintsBusiness Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams, such as HR, IT, and business unit leaders, to assess training needs and ensure digital learning programs address critical skill gapsEngage with external vendors, consultants, and technology providers to implement and enhance learning solutionsCommunicate the vision, progress, and impact of digital learning initiatives to senior executives and stakeholdersCompliance and Accessibility:
Ensure all digital learning content meets compliance, regulatory, and accessibility standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure the organization's digital learning programs comply with all relevant legal and corporate guidelinesAdditional Responsibilities:

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms, and e-learning authoring tools Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standardsExperience with data analytics, reporting tools, and learning analytics platformsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsProven track record of developing and implementing successful digital learning strategiesEducation and Experience:
