Our administrative support team is looking for a Senior Manager of Events with a background in event management and marketing. The Senior Manager of Events will have the opportunity to work onsite/hybrid from any of our office locations within the United States.

As a Senior Manager of Events, you will:

Establish and manage the organization's internal events strategy to align business objectives, increase engagement, and drive strategic objectives. Plan, manage, and direct the execution and activities of event planning with Firm leaders, stakeholders, the Go-To-Market Industry/Advisory team, and Event & Webinar team for in-person events/sponsorships and collaborate on hybrid events with the Webinar Producer. Negotiate and book vendors in collaboration with Firm and Marketing leaders and Legal. Coordinate with various teams to draft content, create registration sites, coordinate materials, giveaways, CPE with Learning, and signage, ensuring consistency of brand, experiences, and overall messages for the event. Provide day-of event logistical support as warranted. Track budget spend and ROI, and develop pre- and post-event summaries and recaps, including budget and lead/ROI analysis and qualitative feedback to evaluate program/event success. Apply analytics and insights to better understand attendees, their behaviors & interests, and improve engagement, driving the continual optimization of future events, strategies, and plans. Supervise and oversee the Event Team managers and specialists to assist in tactical execution of tactics.

What you bring to the role:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, events management, communications, or journalism or related field. Prior experience in a professional services marketing or event role. Strategic thinker who is able to translate business priorities into event strategies and programs. Proven track record of accomplishments in events management and organizing and coordinating multiple events simultaneously. Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong sense of teaming and collaboration with solid executive presence to professionally interact with all levels of leadership and clients. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentations, listening, and influencing skills. Ability to project manage multiple complex events and drive associated and relationship-building efforts. Adept at using marketing technologies and tools and leveraging them to develop marketing campaigns that drive results. Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or other related applications. Ability to work autonomously/independently in a virtual work environment, while maintaining connectivity with the Go-To-Market leader and other members of the practice.

Cherry Bekaert cares about our people. We offer competitive compensation packages based on performance that recognize the value our people bring to our clients and our Firm. The salary range for this position is $99,750 to $175,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
