The Job:

As Senior Manager, Global Learning Innovation, you’ll be part of our Operational Excellence team working as a virtual employee. We are seeking an innovative Learning & Development professional to lead the creation and deployment of a micro learning strategy and platform. This role will also focus on gamifying learning content to enhance engagement and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong Lean Six Sigma background, demonstrating expertise in continuous improvement and process optimization. You’ll get to:    

· Design and implement a comprehensive micro learning strategy tailored to our organizational needs.

· Develop and curate bite-sized, engaging learning content that can be easily consumed and applied by employees.

· Create high quality learning materials, including videos, interactive modules, and assessments.

· Ensure seamless deployment of content across our learning management system WorkDay and other platforms.

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content.

· Integrate gamification elements into learning content to enhance user engagement and motivation.

· Develop game-based learning experiences that align with learning objectives and organizational goals.

· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of gamified learning solutions, adjusting as necessary.

· Incorporate Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies into the learning content and develop training programs that specifically promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

· Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the micro learning platform.

· Establish key performance indicators or KPI's to measure the effectiveness of the micro learning strategy.

· Use data-driven insights to continuously improve learning content and delivery methods.

 

The Person:   

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field.

· Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)

· Proven experience in developing and deploying micro learning strategies and platforms.

· Strong background in the gamification of learning and creating engaging, interactive content.

· Experience in manufacturing or operational excellence environment.

· Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

· Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning development tools.
