Senior Manager of Loyalty Analytics

Job Summary:

As the Senior Manager for Marketing & Loyalty Program Insights, your primary responsibility is to lead the strategic direction and execution of analytics initiatives related to marketing activities as it relates to our Loyalty programs. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer targeting strategies, customer trends in our loyalty programs and make actionable recommendations to the marketing leadership team . This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles.

Your Impact:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of analytical professionals who develop models and algorithms that drive rapid and real time decision-making across business areas. This role drives value by enabling improvements to go to market strategy within our loyalty programs. With a focus specifically on Customer Analytics Implementation, this role provides advanced data capture capabilities to support long term strategy of our marketing programs. This includes leading a team that translates business needs into effective analytics tagging specifications that provide metrics for analytic solutions across various customer groups. This role defines team strategy and ensures the team is able to reach out to the right people, able to understand the solve the problems in the business function, and removes barriers that keep the team from engaging with and working effectively with the business.
 

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Accounting or related field7 years of experience in finance or analytical role2 years of experience in strategic and financial modeling3 years of experience leading people directly or indirectlyExperience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data or Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering or related field7 years of applied analytic experience spanning areas such as Marketing and customer functions2-3 years of experience leading a team of analytic professionals in retail, technology or other customer driven organizationDemonstrate the ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and identify business opportunitiesProgramming experience and data science using toolsExperience supporting retail loyalty programsExperience in home improvement retailExperience with analytical tools like SQLExperience working with Enterprise level databases (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata, GCP, Azure, Oracle, DB2)Experience performing advanced data modeling, data mining and exploratory data analysisExperience translating business requirements into analytics modelExperience working cross-functionally
