Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We are the creative organization responsible for all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the detailed development and execution of world-class communications. The Operations team empowers Marcom’s creativity by ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and governance across our global organization and processes. The Business Operations team within Marcom focuses on ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across day to day operational and financial management processes within Marcom. The Senior Manager of Business Operations is responsible for overseeing business operations across a group of Production teams and their cost centers, making sure all day-to-day business operations run smoothly and efficiently, driving streamlining of business processes, as well as ensuring efficiency in utilization of our resources and budget across the Production cost centers.
