Reporting to the VP of Corporate Development, the Senior Manager of Partner Programs will drive our partnership strategy and program execution for key large partnerships. This role is critical for expanding our partner ecosystem, ranging from technology integration partners to reseller partners, and state/national association partners. The individual in this role will work cross-functionally to develop and execute on go-to-market strategies both internally and externally, for our partner program. They will foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that partner programs align with our growth objectives.
As the Manager of Partner Programs you’ll be responsible for:
Strategy Development & Program Ownership: Develop and implement the overall strategy for partner programs, aligning with company goals and growth targets. Own the end-to-end execution of partnership programs, ensuring successful planning, deployment, and measurement of partner initiatives. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and customer success teams to design and implement GTM plans for each partner segment. Build comprehensive playbooks and ensure GTM readiness by working with cross-functional teams to define roles, responsibilities, and goals. Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment of objectives. Tackling and solving escalated high level customer-partner issues; you will be the senior face of the company for your team. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, fostering open communication channels to drive engagement and growth. Continuously evaluate partner performance, optimize program offerings, and adjust strategies as needed. Project Management Launch Oversee 10+ implementation specialists for a large program rollout in Q1-2025 (this will be throughout the first quarter of the year only) Build strong processes and success metrics to ensure efficient and effective roll out

Qualifications:
5+ years in project management or strategy & operations, preferably in a SaaS environment, recruiting or staffing experience a plus Experience working cross-functionally internally Experience owning and managing external-facing relationships Bachelor's Degree required Must be able to thrive in a growing and ever-changing start-up environment Excellent presentation and communication skills Superior partner program skills - the ability to be empathetic, compassionate, responsive, resourceful and solution-oriented Must be detail oriented, with strong time and project management skills Proactively identifying inefficiencies, gaps in processes and partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute solutions Fulfilling ad hoc reporting based on a deep understanding of our systems and internal data Assisting in ongoing projects, including tooling, analysis, training and system maintenance Monitoring revenue systems performance to identify and troubleshoot failures
