This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding CACI's market presence in the federal space. **Responsibilities:** Key Responsibilities + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within federal and public sector markets, with a focus on intelligence and digital technology solutions + Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across federal agencies, key programs within CACI and amongst the SI community, military organizations, and public sector entities + Lead capture strategy development and proposal efforts for major federal opportunities, including IDIQs, GWACs, and agency-specific contracts + Manage a team of sales professionals and collaborate with solution architects, proposal teams, and delivery organizations + Create and present executive-level briefings on CACI's capabilities in intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT modernization + Monitor federal market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning + Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer requirements and CACI's solution offerings + Drive the development of compelling value propositions and ROI analyses for complex technology solutions ​ **Qualifications:** Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field + 10+ years of progressive experience in federal/public sector technology sales + Proven track record of closing large-scale federal contracts ($25M+) + Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance + Demonstrated experience with federal procurement processes, FAR/DFAR regulations, and contract vehicles + Strong understanding of intelligence community and federal agency technology requirements + Excellence in relationship building and executive-level communication Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management or related field.
