**Responsibilities**
The Senior Manager of Epic Practice Management systems serves as an integral part that supports the KSC Central Business Office and KSC Clinics. The role is responsible for managing the operation, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of Epic information technology applications: Cadence, Prelude, HIM, ROI, Identity, Tapestry Referrals, and Resolute. In addition, third-party systems that interface(s) with Epic: Credit Card/Payment Processing applications, Revenue Cycle / Clearinghouse applications, Referral processing/authorization applications, and Patient Experience applications.
The position will work directly with the management team and Director of the KSC CBO Department as well as support day-to-day operational and technology needs for the Revenue Cycle business line. The position will work closely with other Information Systems teams as well as the Health Plan and managed care business and clinical groups in support of continuous innovation and improvement in health plan, CBO, and managed care capabilities.
The position will work directly with the digital health management team as part of the day-to-day operational and technology needs for the Patient Access and Digital Health business line. The position will work closely with other Information Systems teams, Patient Access / Experience Committees.
Serves as an integral part of the information systems leadership team in support of the vision and mission of the organization. Manages teams responsible for the implementation, upgrades, support, and optimization of applications within their designated service areas and programs of oversight. This position will be responsible for leadership on complex projects and maintaining communications with stakeholders, vendors, and other leaders in the organization to include updates on projects and support activities being worked on. Must have strong project management skills and ability to communicate and work on multi projects within IT and the organization. Works with Sr Director collaboratively to provide insight, suggestions, guidance, and ideas as well as serves as a mentor and coach for staff/teams under their direction. Must be able to work and oversee multiple projects and offer guidance as needed.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Required: 7 years of experience in application management and project management.
Preferred: Certifications in related systems
Epic Certifications

Required: Valid Texas driver’s license

**Special Skills**
Required: Proven track record of success around business requirements collection, technology architecture,
designing, developing, validating, and supporting systems which meet defined business requirements,
Demonstrable success, and expertise in current project management, change management, change control
and documentation practices.
Preferred: Related Programming/Scripting Language Certification Related Vendor and/or Application
Certification Related Industry Association Certification.
