Johnson Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Oncology Product Communications, Solid Tumor. This role is set to be located in Horsham PA on a hybrid schedule.
The Senior Manager, Oncology Product Communications is responsible for the development of integrated communication and public affairs (CPA) strategies to support our Oncology portfolio, with a focus on solid tumor product communications and unbranded disease awareness initiatives.
In this role, the senior manager will focus on accelerating growth for our in-market solid tumor portfolio and to strengthen and differentiate our value proposition, including in precision medicine. Additionally, the senior manager will also build communications and public affairs strategy to effectively shape the market ahead of future launches in new disease areas, including but not limited to Colorectal cancer and Head Neck cancer. Further developing and managing relationships with the oncology community (advocacy, patient and HCP stakeholders) will also be a critical part of this role.
This position reports to the Communications Public Affairs Leader, Oncology Product Communications, Solid Tumor.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative communication and public affairs strategies and programs in support of brand business objectives for JJ IM’s solid tumor portfolioLead all external and internal multicultural communication efforts for unbranded disease awarenessDeepen awareness of JJ’s commitment to solid tumors and precision medicine and identify storytelling and engagement opportunities that elevate our portfolio of products Build partner trust through proactive advocacy efforts, with a key focus on engaging and supporting the patient advocate communities in oncology.Proactively drive business and Enterprise outcomes by identifying and applying key outcomes metrics to communication practices, and provide insights that drive confidence, integration and alignment. The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120000 to 207000.
Bonus:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
