Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Senior Manager - Product Design to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this leadership role, you will drive the product design strategy and oversee the creation of user-centered digital experiences that delight our customers and drive business growth.

Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceDevelop and implement product design strategies aligned with business objectives and user needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless product developmentDrive the design process from concept to launch, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testingEstablish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organizationPresent design concepts and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholdersStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisionsAnalyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve product designManage resource allocation and budgeting for design projectsContribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record of successful product launches and driving design innovationStrong expertise in user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologiesProficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing and developing design teamsStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into design solutionsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentIn-depth understanding of current design trends and emerging technologies across various digital platforms and devicesAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environment and travel as needed
