Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Provides management of daily operations and maintains department budgets. + Manages the recruitment, retention, training, and competence of staff and analysts. Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, frequency, level-of-detail of staff work product. + Builds and maintains relationships across multiple disciplines to achieve common goals. + Evaluates new equipment and procedures. + Responsible for campus operational budgets, equipment acquisition, metric reviews. **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **Minimum qualifications** : + Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy + Two (2) years’ management level experience at multi-campus level + Four (4) years’ Respiratory experience + State of Florida licensure in Respiratory + Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification **Preferred qualifications:** + Master’s Degree in Business or Health Administration + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
