Senior Manager – Risk & Controls (Level E)

Location - Gurgaon

What can you expect?

We are looking to hire a Senior Manager in the Risk & Controls department. The Risk & Controls Analyst is a member of the Risk & Controls organization and will have a primary responsibility for programing and developing tools to building efficiencies and improve productivity within the Risk & Controls team. The role will also be responsible for supporting the US SOC Audits and Report Distribution functions.

We will count on you for:

Work with Risk & Controls colleagues to identify areas that could be made more productive through enhanced tools or reporting.Program & develop end user tools to assist Risk & Controls colleagues in performing reviews of vendor controls, vendor security, application security, and internal risk reviews with the goal of enhancing productivity and quality.Support audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting for identified controls in Risk & Controls supported ISO/SOC/ISAE audits globally.Support business contacts in Risk & Controls supported client and internal audits.Drive remediation of audit issues and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.Support governance activities stemming from audit results and remediation.Support SOC audit distribution globally.

Note: Applicants will need to work during standard working hours in the United States.

What you need to have: 

Graduation / post-graduation in any streamOverall, 8 years with minimum 1 year of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance experience for a global organizationProgramming experience with a variety of programming languages, specifically Visual Basic and related languages and Analytical skillsProfessional certifications in Visual Basic (VB) and Visual Studio from Microsoft or online code schoolsWillingness to become certified as either an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or a Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Internal AuditorExperience of working with clients/stakeholders across different geographiesExcellent command and working knowledge of MS Office, M365, SharePoint, One Note, MS TeamsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience of managing key stakeholders or service providersKeen bent of mind towards continuous improvement, knowledge on Quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen are good to have.Must have a strong appreciation and experience in knowledge transfer efforts and transition of processes.Ability to meet deadlines and a real desire to achieve results.Assertive, challenges processes and the “as is” to achieve a better service and experience for the client.

What makes you stand out?

ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or a Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Internal Auditor.Project Management Skills - Ability to manage a project, sound organization and time management skills.Good working knowledge of SQL, Query, VBA and Analytical skills ( Ability to build Macro in VBA )Proficient technical, analytical, and problem solvingStrong Interpersonal and communication skillsHigh degree of discretion and independent judgment with an in depth understanding of controls and audit techniques.Ability to provide compelling and sound explanations of audit findings to aid in mutual agreement of audit conclusions.Knowledge of Information Security Standards, Generally Accepted Privacy Practices, Generally Acceptable Audit Standards a plus.High attention to detailGood relationship skills, Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively
