**Job Summary:**
The Regional Product head RPH at Emerson India plays a significant role in driving orders growth in the designated region for all businesses within SYSS (Process Systems and Solutions, PWS, RS, ETS, ISW) and leading key accounts management, customer engagement and driving the day to day Business Unit Orders Budget and POR for the region. Reporting to the Director of Sales for North India, this individual is responsible for aligning sales strategies with annual business objectives, influencing senior leadership, and providing support to Branches / Channel Partners to ensure above year-over-year market rate growth. With a strong focus on booking management and resource alignment, the RPH ensures technical support, quote response, pricing, and deliveries to meet the region's market requirements act as a link between the field staff and support functions within Emerson. Looking for a highly motivated sales professional with 12+ Years of Sales, Business Development experience in the field of Controls & Software, with excellent track record of driving growth and possess outstanding organizational and communication skills. Reporting into this role will be the regional Sales Team and the Regional Services Team as well.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Lead Regional bookings POR, meeting and exceeding the Regional Orders Budgets.
+ Organize sales resources to support territory and account plans that improve growth
+ Responsible for forecasting weekly, monthly and annual booking, POR planning and compliance, CRM management
+ Deliver booking growth within the region and ensure major opportunities are covered and positioned for a win
+ Act as voice-of-the-customer conduit between the field and support functions within Emerson
+ Coordinate regional sales activities, such as, Roadshows, Marketing events, new product launches, account assignment, and ongoing customer needs
+ Lead and handle Service team for North installed base
+ Engage into the assigned marketplace with complete SYSS portfolio encompassing Process Systems and Solutions, PWS, ISW, RS and ETS
+ Support AR and Sales Teams as needed.
+ Booking coordination with Legal, finance, etc. upto collection advance payment where applicable.
+ Align with all necessary Regional and Business Unit Checkpoint Controls.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
+ A proven ability in Technical Sales, Business Development in the field of Controls System, Software and reliability Solution with excellent track record of driving growth
+ Consistent track record of engaging with Large Clients and Corporate Houses with experience of maintaining a strong leadership connect
+ Very strong Technical skills to be able to motivate & engage with End Customers and Consultants
+ Problem solver with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and prioritization skills; highly organized and diligent
+ Ability to handle conflicting priorities from customers and demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills to handle them effectively.
+ Excels at self-managing workload and implementing multiple concurrent projects to meet the goals.
+ Confidence and interpersonal/communication skills to work and influence at all levels.
