DXC is looking for a Sales Executives (m/f/d) to join our growing Europe team. Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.   

What to expect in this role?

Leading complex selling efforts that identify, qualify, cultivate, and close new businessCreating and helping frame DXC’s differentiated value story, develop strategic win themes for proposalsDriving joint opportunities and sourcing partner pipelineOperating within large teams and directs specific team sales origination activitiesEducating clients on DXC capabilities and success stories to effectively communicate DXC’s value prop to both partners and customersEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients as well as internal teamsMaintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline and forecast data working with Sales Operations

What do we expect?

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT services industry, with a focus on closing new deals in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation, Energy & Utilities, or others.Ability to understand our clients’ challenges and business dynamics and to act as a trusted advisor to them with regards to all aspects of DXC’s portfolio Experience working collaboratively with the Account executive as well as other Sales teams to create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close revenue opportunitiesProven track record in supporting complex sales cycles working on cross-functional teams and closing large deals with over 5 Mil TCVProven track record of consultive/relationship selling through increasing revenue from improving close ratios for new clients and expanding business with existing clientsAbility to leverage and explore wider partnerships and their ecosystems to drive additional revenue and value creation by leveraging the marketplace by understanding industry trends and channelsFluency in Swedish and English
