They have the world’s largest portfolio of billion dollar foods and are specifically responsible for the growth of some of America’s favorite snack foods, including FRITOS®, LAY’S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, AND TOSTITOS Responsibilities As a member of the Sales Strategy & Planning Team, this individual will help lead and support the strategic workstreams in building our Macrosnack Portfolio (Meat Snacks, Nut/Seeds, Crackers, etc.) and the Long-Term Value Strategy across all Salty Snack brands and sizes. As a Designate, the role will own specific projects within both spaces to support our strategic long-term vision, with the purpose of both learning and influencing how we accelerate growth, expand space and deliver a marketplace advantage across unique aspects of the portfolio. This is a dynamic support role navigating headquarters throughout the sales planning, AOP, SBP and JBP processes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Teams, Finance, Marketing, Category, Commercial and Revenue Management Develops winning partnerships with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing and penetrating multiple levels within the organizations Knowledge and understanding in a variety of syndicated reporting - Circana, Nielsen, PDI, Technomic, Retailer POS data Demonstrate creative and out of the box thinking Demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills Develop deep understanding of the channels of responsibility: synthesize syndicated data sources, publicly available resources, and custom research methodologies to understand the consumer, channel, category, competition, and shopper trends Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
