Site Name: Poznan Business Garden Posted Date: Feb 13 2025 This OT (Operational Technology) Security Architect role will report to the Cyber Security Office's Security Architecture Lead. This role is pivotal in safeguarding GSK’s critical infrastructure, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other specialized technologies utilized within our industrial processes from cyber security threats. As an Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams from IT, Cyber Security, and Business Units to architect and design robust security solutions that effectively protect GSK’s OT networks. By focusing on strategic design and innovative solutions, the Security Architect will play a crucial role in securing GSK’s smart manufacturing landscape, ensuring the integrity and resilience of our industrial processes. Key Responsibilities: This is an individual contributor role with a focus on strategic design and innovation Architect and design advanced security controls within GSK’s OT environments to protect against evolving cyber threats Develop innovative compensating controls and mitigation strategies to address identified cyber risks and vulnerabilities Design and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with industry standards such as NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and GSK’s OT security standards Stay at the forefront of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to OT security, driving continuous improvement and innovation Generate comprehensive documentation, certification, and testing protocols required for the deployment of new security solutions Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly integrate security controls into the design and architecture of OT systems and devices Define and implement cutting-edge security configurations, policies, and procedures for OT assets and systems Architect and support the implementation of a comprehensive OT Security strategy that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into actionable security strategies Actively participate in the OT Change Advisory Board, contributing expert insights and recommendations to drive security excellence Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of cyber security engineering and architecture experience Strong expertise in OT Security Experience developing security strategies and/or reference architectures Knowledge of the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture Experience designing and deploying network security controls, and security solutions Extensive knowledge of security technology including, but not limited to, encryption, authentication and authorization, security protocols, data and privacy security, AI/ML and application development Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management Ability to write, develop, and maintain technical documentation, including security standards, security strategies, and implementation plans Ability to prioritise input and filter actions that have significant impact on the program Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to promote thoughtful, practical solutions to tough security problems A complete understanding of the latest OT security principles, techniques, and protocols Benefits: · Career at one of the leading global healthcare companies · Company Car or Car Allowance · Long-Term incentives · Contract of employment · Attractive reward package (annual bonus & awards for outstanding performance, recognition awards for additional achievements and engagement, holiday benefits · Life insurance and pension plan · Private medical package with additional preventive healthcare services for employees and their eligible · Sports cards (Multisport) · Possibilities of development within the role and company’s structure · Extensive support of work life balance (flexible working solutions, short Fridays option, health & well-being activities) · Supportive community and integration events · Modern office with creative rooms, fresh fruits everyday · Free car and bike parking, locker rooms and showers #LI-GSK G6 Why GSK?
