General Purpose:
As a Senior Manager of SEO Insights in Global SEO at adidas, you will be responsible for leveraging SEO insights to drive data-informed decision making across global and regional teams. This role focuses on analyzing search trends, identifying opportunities and aligning SEO recommendations with key business priorities to maximize organic visibility. By providing data-driven recommendations, you will ensure that regional teams and business units are equipped with the right insights to optimize performance and capitalize on market opportunities. As a key member of the Global SEO leadership team, you will mentor and empower team members, build strong cross-functional partnerships and promote best-in-class SEO practices across global markets.
Strategic Development
Develop comprehensive Global SEO strategies tailored to align with market-specific search insights, focusing on regional needs and global business objectives.
Leverage search data insights to predict and adapt to seasonal demand patterns across various product categories and geographic markets.
Analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities to optimize SEO performance and prioritize high-impact strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Data Enrichment team to ensure accurate, optimized and search-friendly product data that supports visibility in search engines.
Partner with Buying teams to align search insights with stock planning and product availability, improving the ability to meet search demand.
Integrate SEO with Digital Activation campaigns to create a cohesive strategy that maximizes visibility, drives organic traffic and aligns with campaign objectives.
Trend Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor emerging search trends and evolving user behaviors to identify opportunities for traffic growth and business expansion, ensuring the organization stays ahead of industry changes.
Conduct analysis of search demand and keyword trends, providing actionable insights to regional SEO teams and business units.
Design and implement standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks to streamline the delivery of SEO insights, ensuring access to actionable data for informed decision-making across regions and departments.

Requirements, Education & Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong background implementing SEO strategies within an eCommerce environment.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a cross-functional organization, developing influential and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Very good project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects from conception to execution and deliver measurable results.
Fluent in English, both verbally and written.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of guiding teams toward shared goals and fostering collaboration.
