Kforce has a client in Daytona Beach, FL that is seeking a Senior Manager - Solutiion Delivery who will lead our solution delivery team in managing critical systems related to extending Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), building customer application extensions by managing development of Web Applications, Reports, Interfaces and Mobile Applications. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business analyst team to understand and analyze business requirements * Design and architect IT application solutions that align with business objectives and meet technical standards * Ensure the development of high-quality software through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices * Strive towards operation excellence by timely fixing bugs, resolving code performance issues and continuously improving SDLC of custom extensions and applications * Lead, mentor, and develop onshore and offshore technical teams including architects and developers with various skills * Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages professional growth and development * Provide technical leadership with attention to details and critical thinking while developing solutions and fixing bugs * Serve as the primary point of contact with business application team regarding IT application solutions * Communicate project status, risks and issues to IT senior management and business analyst team * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports * Drive team to deliver on their tasks related to the project identifying and mitigating risks and issues * Continuously evaluate and improve solution delivery processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness * Implement industry best practices and innovative technologies to business solutions * Ensure all IT application solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational security policies
