Roles and Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities  Heading the entire ICD operations at ICD Taloja. Including Rail Operations, EXIM Operations, Gate & Yard Operations along with documentation cell, asset control, and domestic container lease & M&R. Taking care of entire Rail Operations for inward and outward Rakes at Inland Container Depot. Representing Adani Logistics Ltd as the custodian to the ICD customs officials’ up to the Commissionerate level. Liaising with Indian Railways (both at local level as well as Divisional level) for seamless rail operations at the facility. Leading the project of automation including ICD TOS, RF ID installation at ICD Taloja. Managing the entire custodian Bonds/ Bank Guarantees and Customs Cost Recovery as the custodian.
