Senior Manager - TG Analysis
Position Summary Perform gaming performance analysis, market study, forecast and provide strategies to Vice President for decision making or operations improvement in order to optimizing the revenue.Primary Responsibility - Provide leadership to the team by clearly articulating objectives, results and what is required of them. - Build ability (skills) among your team, Coach and develop a High performance culture. - Identify and present strategic recommendations to Vice President designed to optimize Gaming floor performance. - Display and Encourage personal accountability and achievement and Manage sub-standard performance. - drive strategies to continuously improve effectiveness of work Teams. - Prepare periodic reports of key performance indicators and interpret prevailing trends for Review by management. - data-mining, interpret prevailing trends and Prepare predictive analysis in the Gaming field. - Perform quantitative analysis and methodologies (including forecasting, Statistics, modeling and other optimization algorithms) for Revenue optimization as request by management, which often include ROI projections, KPI analysis, forecasts, market share studies and competitor analysis, in order to support ongoing improvements in Revenue decision making and maximizing of Casino revenue. - Formulate, Prepare and communicate reports for operations management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying areas of opportunities and providing recommendations on strategies for Revenue maximization when feasible. - monitor implementation of various recommendations and changing strategies on Gaming floor, develop reports to evaluate the effectiveness and Offer further business decisions to management. - Active Member of the Gaming Oanda leadership team seeking business development opportunities and inventive solutions. - be an advocate of departmental quality assurance practices including error checking peer’s or subordinate’s work.Requirements - With a minimum of 5 years related supervisory experience or above in highly numerate and analytical roles. Preference is given to candidates with gaming or hospitality experience with a top tier property. - Four year college degree in the fields of hospitality, gaming, statistics, finance, engineering, mathematics or business administration. Postgraduate degree from an accredited educational institution is an advantage. - Quantitative background with superior technical skills in Excel. Strong preference is given to candidates with SAS, Visual Basic, SQL, CMP and BI experience. - Excellent English writing, a mature presentation style and able to explain complicated topics. - Exceptional intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility and be comfortable interacting with senior management constantly. - Strong attention to detail, business acumen with capacity for original thoughts and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Proven ability to train, coach and mentor team members.
