ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Manager - Total Rewards is responsible for implementing and reviewing all existing compensation and benefits policies. The role holder is also responsible for assisting with the design of new policies and programs in order to be competitive with international salary and benefits structures.

 

ROLE PROFILE

Support the modification of compensation policies, salary scales and allowances schemes to offer competitive compensation plans and present them for approvalRecommend and implement system changes in order to improve efficiency through automated processesEnsure the implementation of HC Standard Management system in all countries, aligning procedures and monitoring the proper documentation after the implementation of an auditReview and validate all job evaluations when requiredPrepare job evaluations for senior executive positions, ensure that the evaluation results are in-line with the overall grading structure and communicate the results to the concerned departmentsCoordinate local market studies between vendors and local HC teams, analyse and validate recommendations regarding consistency with overall compensation and benefits strategyOversee the periodic salary survey to ensure that compensation and benefits structure is competitiveReview the proposed yearly bonus for all MAF Retail employees ensuring its compliant with approved bonus policyEnsure proper communication regarding compensation and benefits related topics to all employees in an adequate manner

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Human CapitalMaster’s Degree in in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant area is preferredHay certification or equivalent is preferred8+ years' experience in a supervisory role within compensation and benefits, 3+ years’ experience in retail
