We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager Value Added Service.

Principal Responsibilities

Develop the Global Insurance VAS Governance Framework, in accordance with Group and local regulatory requirements. Develop and enhance VAS Governance due diligence templates used by global and local teamsCreate and own the ongoing management of an IVAS Global Forum which oversees HSBC Life’s and it’s partner markets value added servicesWork in partnership with all Product Management teams to ensure that the local/regional VAS and related committees are structured and conducted in accordance with the defined global governance frameworkWork with teams in market and globally to create new propositions with relevant VASOversight of VAS to ensure it is generating customer value and fair outcomesWork with industry panels to keep abreast of trends in VAS, changes in regulation, help form HSBC’s position on emerging topics and ensure HSBC’s views are considered in consultations and other rule-making processes in countries as appropriateEstablish a Continuous Monitoring programme for in scope services and manage on an ongoing basisOversee the management and control of Global and Local VAS Inventories
