We have powerful partnerships with our bottlers, which help us bring our brands to life in the markets we serve. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Execution Lead – Value Channel to oversee and optimize sales execution for Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. This role is responsible for ensuring flawless retail execution and driving in-store availability. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the beverage Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, strong retail execution expertise, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do for Us
Works with the integrated account team to manage key aspects of the business relationship with multiple customers.
Lead execution of strategic sales initiatives, ensuring on-shelf availability, promotional compliance, and planogram integrity across Family Dollar and Dollar Tree locations.
Partner with sales teams and bottling partners to drive executional excellence at the store level.
Work closely with Family Dollar and Dollar Tree corporate teams to align on merchandising priorities, promotional calendar execution, and seasonal execution plans.
Support joint business planning (JBP) efforts by providing executional insights and post-promotion analysis.
Develop tailored execution strategies that align with value shopper behaviors and retailer expectations.
Manages communication with Bottler system and customer field network to ensure constant application of strategies as outlined in the annual business plan and flawless execution of programs.
Acts as a system-wide customer expert to ensure that the Coca-Cola system understands customer(s) objectives, strategies, positioning, and needs and that Company programs are consistent with their needs.
Accountable for problem solving operational and/or execution issues with customers or bottlers.
Leverage syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and retailer-specific insights to track execution performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
Provide regular updates to leadership on execution KPIs, competitive insights, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
3+ years of beverage/consumer packaged goods and key account experience
Able to demonstrate experience in sales, persuasion, negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the value channel and its unique operational and merchandising requirements.
Drive in-store execution excellence through cross-functional collaboration.
Expertise in analyzing execution data and using insights to drive business decisions.
Manage the needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems.
Must possess a complex selling knowledge with the skills to create & sell-in customer programs.
Initiative-taking with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
Excellent written, verbal, and critical thinking skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner to tell and effective story.

$116,500 - $145,800Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
