Overview
The Services Business Development team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.
While specializing in the payments industry, Services team also works closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.
The Services Business Development team is looking for a Senior Managing Consultant to drive our security solutions sales strategy forward. The ideal candidate is passionate about security solutions, cybersecurity, fraud detection, financial crimes, digital security, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

All About You
•\tUndergraduate or master’s degree and tenured work experience after completing your undergraduate degree
•\tProven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the security solutions. Experience on authentication and cyber security products is preferred.
•\tIn-depth knowledge of fraud prevention technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, risk management tools and related fields.
•\tFamiliarity with AI and machine learning applications in fraud detection is a plus.
•\tStrong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of closing deals.
•\tStrong presentation skills to pitch solutions to senior stakeholders.
•\tAbility to translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for clients.
•\tExperience directly managing multiple people across multiple projects
•\tDemonstrated ability to own and develop relationships with both mid- and executive-level client contacts and inspire confidence in Mastercard as a sought-after partner
•\tAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and balance thought with action while getting the most out of limited resources
•\tAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, SQL / data expertise preferred
