Job Description Summary

The Senior Managing Director leads Asset Services within a specific market, driving growth, fostering strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence in service delivery, and leading a high performing team. The SMD is the representative internally and externally for Asset Services in the market and is the subject matter expert to the Advisory platform, our clients, and the commercial real estate industry locally and/or nationally.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

DRIVES GROWTH

Prospecting

Prospects for potential new clients, which may include cold calling, leveraging networks, identifying potential clients and the decision makers within the client organizationBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads primarily focused on accelerating the ‘at bats’ around qualified and viable new opportunities (particular focus around Asset Services and multifamily)Expands services with targeted and identified clients across multiple markets

SALES PROCESS

Creates value through new business growth in Asset Services, cross selling service lines and geographic locations focusing on CRE and Multifamily while working with City Leaders to assist on pursuits as well as client share of the walletAssists in organizing specific proposals for new business while leveraging relationships to maximize success rateIdentifies opportunities for expansion of services and new business, qualifies feasibility, and works with internal partners to develop the pursuit strategyEstablishes a strong partnership with key local and business line internal stakeholders, including capital markets, agency leasing, tenant representatives, project management, and any other Investor Services/Strategic Account leaders to source new clients and expand current customer shareVisible and active (ideally at the leadership level) in key industry organizations and/or other professional organizations within the markets

Fosters strong relationships with current and prospective clients, consistently and intentionally connecting and bringing value to each interactionCreates breakthrough solutions for existing and pursuable clients to further expand revenue growthProactively identify cross-selling opportunities to ensure long term client partnershipsEnsures that C&W’s service offerings create a competitive differentiator for our clients

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $212,500.00 - $250,000.00
