GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a Secret Clearance to join our Team in Indian Head, MD.

Required Experience:

Energetics manufacturing requires extensive knowledge of OP-5: Ammunition and Explosives Safety Ashore, or industry-equivalent safety documents and, Bachelors, Masters or PhD in an engineering doctrine plus 15 or more years in the field of energetics manufacturing. Minimum Security Clearance: SECRET, TS if necessary

Desired Attributes:

Knowledge and application of quality assurance/control methods, principles, and practices in the field of energetics manufacturing  Working knowledge of energetic manufacturing equipment, including maintenance techniques and procedures related to organizational/field maintenance energetic manufacturing systems Expert in process improvements, safety compliance, and quality control with a focus on ensuring strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership in manufacturing process efficiency Familiarity with SMART manufacturing technologies and data acquisition systems
