Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Manager - Plastics
Location: Lakewood, CO (Open to Relocation)
Salary: $145,000 - $183,000 + 20% bonus

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager - Plastics to join our team in Lakewood, CO (relocation available). With a competitive salary, bonus, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for someone with 10+ years of operations experience and a proven track record in leadership. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage performance metrics, build cross-functional relationships, and escalate issues to leadership. Lead continuous improvement efforts, adopt lean tools, and monitor process data for performance enhancements. Develop and execute strategies to meet production budgets, control costs, and ensure labor resources align with demand. Maintain GMP, GDP, and quality standards, using SPC analysis to reduce non-conformance. Foster a safety-driven, accountable culture, ensuring adherence to safety, training, and 6S protocols. Conduct performance reviews and improve team engagement and safety practices.

Must-Haves:

10+ years of operations experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role. Expertise across multiple operational disciplines. Experience in P&L management and plant variances. Knowledge of relevant PC software applications. Experience in areas such as Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, Sterilization, or Materials Planning is a plus.
