Senior Manufacturing Training Specialist

To realize our business objectives, the Sr Manufacturing Training Specialist will facilitate and support the execution of training and digital upskilling for our Manufacturing teams with deployment of Connected Shop Floor as well as other training needs within Manufacturing Excellence. This position will work with the Manufacturing Excellence team members to ensure employees are trained in the use of new tools and business processes. This role involves analyzing training needs, overseeing the creation of training materials, and ensuring that training initiatives align with the company's strategic goals.  This position does require 75% travel to our plant and corporate locations.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine training requirements for manufacturing staff
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
• Implement training programs, monitor their effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes
• Evaluate the impact of training on employee performance and productivity, and report findings to management
• Collaborate with the program team and leadership to design, deliver, and execute on the learning strategy resulting in employee behavior change, including adoption and use of new digital technology and new ways of working on the shop floor
• Provide coaching and guidance to trainers and facilitators within the manufacturing department
• Enhance the employee learning experience through an innovative and continuous improvement mindset
• SME of the Connected Shop Floor use cases with ability to train manufacturing employees
 
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and/or training and development within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Record of building collaborative relationships with colleagues and leaders especially in manufacturing locations
• Experience with adult learning principles and training methods

• This position does require 75% travel to our plant and corporate locations

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
