Kforce has a client in Holyoke, MA that is seeking a Senior Margining Operations Analyst. Responsibilities: * The Senior Margining Operations Analyst will manage daily margin processes for positions in the Real-Time Energy Market, Day-Ahead Energy Market, Financial Transmission Rights (FTR), and Forward Capacity Market (FCM) * Review daily collateral needs for auction bids and positions in Virtual Transactions, FTRs, and FCM * Handle collateral management for Letters of Credit, cash deposits, mutual funds, and Surety Bonds * Execute market participant suspension and cure procedures to reduce default risk and market losses * Oversee market participant financial reporting and documentation, including quarterly/yearly financial statements, risk policies, and compliance checks * Update risk systems with participants' latest credit ratings * Review and update margining operations processes quarterly * Support tools and systems for collateral requirements * Serve as the primary contact for collateral questions and resolve issues based on the risk policy * The Senior Margining Operations Analyst will respond to inquiries about the risk policy * Manage electronic records, documentation filing, and compliance-related document storage
