The position: The Marketing Associate works closely with internal marketing teams and RPM Operations associates to provide multiple layers of support for project management and implement objectives and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities Provides high-touch support and project management relating to all marketing programs, including but not limited to Property Transitions, ORM (Online Reputation Management), Social Media, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Digital Marketing, and Graphic Design Services.Directly impact and enhance operational propensity to achieve: business objectives, KPIs, NOI, and leasing goals through high-touch marketing strategy.Manage and organize the marketing ticket system by providing timely follow-up, training, and resources to operations team members.Support marketing team with property and portfolio-level strategic initiatives while monitoring sub-market trends accordingly; define adjustments needed to maximize traffic and closing performance.Maintain a strong focus on generating new ideas through creative strategy. Continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels.Continually collaborate with the Marketing team to improve user experience and marketing processes across all initiatives.Complete marketing audits and recommendations for new properties and the existing RPM portfolio.Maintain and manage community websites and CRM systems as assigned.Provide a high level of support for lease-up communities during the pre-development, pre-leasing, and stabilization cycles.Manage the comprehensive implementation of project plans, including management of timelines.Measure and track the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.Prepare daily coordination and interaction with the Sr Director of Marketing.Take & lead marketing projects as assigned by Sr Director of Marketing and marketing team leaders.Assist with updates from weekly Regional Roundtable Meetings while gathering feedback.Manage vendor/partner service providers from concept to completion and ensure all work delivered is following contracted terms.Responsible for handoff and setup of Marketing and social media platforms, including Facebook business pages, Google Business accounts, Instagram, RENTCafé website.Compile and complete marketing reports and audits on an ongoing basis as requested.Additional marketing-related duties as assigned and needed.Travel <30% Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of three years’ experience in Property Management, with sales experience.Microsoft Office Suite, Property Management systems, ILS, Lead Tracking and CRM platforms, Project Management, Adobe

Physical Requirements:

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 3 days per week.The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
