We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Automation Manager to join our dynamic software team. As a key platform leader, you will play a pivotal role within organization’s IT department, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the suite of applications that drive the business's core functions. This professional ensures that enterprise applications are effectively integrated and function smoothly to support business operations. Positioned within the IT team, an Enterprise Applications leader bridges the gap between technology and Sales and Marketing business needs, ensuring that the software solutions align with strategic organizational goals. Should be specialized in leading development teams and overseeing Content Management Platforms for hosting company websites and internal client-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Management: Overseeing the lifecycle of enterprise applications, from selection and implementation to maintenance and upgrades. This includes evaluating new applications and managing vendor relationships.
Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and system administrators, to gather requirements, perform fit/gap analyses and design scalable application solutions that meet business goals and industry best practices.
Customization and Configuration: Contribute to the design, architecting and implementation of customized solutions within the core platforms.
Integrations: Design and oversee integrations between core platforms and external systems, such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, third-party applications, and data warehouses, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization.
Data Management: Follow data governance strategies, including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and migration, to ensure accurate and consistent data across the ecosystem.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with other departments to understand business needs and developing long-term strategies for application management and enhancement.
Budget and App Management: Managing the budget for enterprise applications, including forecasting expenses, identifying synergies between applications and sunsetting tools and ensuring cost-efficiency.
Project Management: Leading projects related to the deployment and integration of new applications or major updates, including coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Security and Compliance: Follow security best practices ensuring data confidentiality, system integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and technical documentation to facilitate end-user understanding and ensure the maintenance of solutions.
Adhere to best practices for IT service management, incident resolution, ticket management and user support.
Ensure SOX compliance with the platform and platform solutions. Should have experience working on SOX compliance.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of enterprise applications such as Hubspot, Analytical Tools, Marketo, CRM, ERP systems. Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware is also crucial.
Must have deep knowledge in Salesforce, Marketo and Hubspot.
Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, Prospecting tools is important.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to handle application-related projects effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying problems quickly and developing effective solutions.
Leadership: Strong ownership of platforms, Strong leadership qualities to manage teams, motivate staff, and drive projects to successful completion.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how enterprise applications can enhance operational efficiency and contribute to strategic goals.
Vendor Management: Skills in managing relationships with application vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service levels.
Prior experience in the software industry or related sectors is preferred.
Dell Boomi experience is a plus. Well versed with designing integrations.
