We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead the coordination of mid-to high-level proposals and work closely with the marketingand and business development teams to build Carollo’s brand with external clients.

Responsibilities Assists and collaborates with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development effortsLeads professional, well planned, and energetic business development efforts for SOQs, proposals, and interviewsUndertakes research, writing, and editing of non-technical proposal sectionsManages production of deliverables associated with these efforts in conformance with company standardsUnderstands Client Account Analysis process and facilitates project-specific CAAsProvides content for proposals and general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by CSMs, project managers, and technical practice representativesAssists in the daily maintenance of the company business development database Qualifications 4-8 years of experience in marketingBacholar's Degree in Marketing or related fieldProficient in Microsoft WordExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsKnowledge of industry, sales and marketing process Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and InDesignPrevious A/E/C or proposal coordination experience preferred. Pay Range$48.00 to $55.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
