Freese and Nichols is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team! As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will lead high-level, strategic pursuits from the sales positioning phase to opportunity strategy through to shortlist presentation activities. This position is open to our Dallas, Denton, Frisco and Fort Worth offices!
Primary Responsibilities:Participate in or lead key opportunity planning meetings, account planning meetingsSupport development of relationships with strategic teaming partners and subconsultantsServe as a Proposal Manager to effectively lead pursuit teams (Marketing and Technical) collaborating with Sales and technical staff on key or complex pursuits, SOQs, proposals, presentationsProvide expert quality control checks for other Marketing Coordinators, providing style and grammar edits and verifying data, ensuring complianceCollaborate with Sales and technical staff on client presentation/interview strategyFacilitate interview teams rehearsals for client presentations; coach presentersCreate client presentation/interview: both digital and printed materialsWork with Sales to conduct Client DebriefsTrain and mentor new Marketing Coordinators and collaborates with Business Development Coordinators within SalesPresent or teach on the pursuit process and to various groups within the company. Lead workshops or classes to the Marketing group.Assist Strategists on new strategic objectives and practices within Freese and NicholsHelp to create project descriptions and resumes by interviewing project personnel and reviewing existing documentation; perform other writing and editing assignments, as neededSome overtime will be expected for this position.Qualifications9 years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar sales-related position.Previous sales or communications experience with A/E/C or consulting firms is required.Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic team environment and demonstrate a willingness to shift easily between various responsibilities with diverse stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study: Business, Communications, Marketing, English or other related discipline preferred.At Freese and Nichols, everyone on our team gets to make a meaningful difference in our communities.
