What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to enhance and scale our Paid Search and Organic channels. This individual will leverage data insights on how to use the platforms (Google, Bing, etc) efficiently and drive strategic decisions in user acquisition, optimizing campaign performance, maximizing ROI and other metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage conversion tracking across both web and app environments using GTM and MMP’s

Troubleshoot tracking issues, including discrepancies and errors

Lead complex analysis of on paid search (PPC) and organic marketing channels (ASO, SEO, etc), providing insights and performance metrics

Collaborate with marketing teams to provide recommendations on audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.

Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported

Conduct A/B tests in collaboration with the marketing team (e.g., optimization tests for various events and conditions)

Required skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles

Expert-level knowledge of GTM

Knowledge in paid search marketing channels (especially Google Ads)

Strong knowledge of SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau/Looker/etc

Experience in working with and setting up tracking through MMP

Understanding of marketing attribution, attribution models, conversion windows, etc

Strong analytical and creative thinking skills and the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results

Able to communicate effectively in English

Nice to have:

Experience with consent settings set up for both web and mobile platforms (Google Consent Mode)

Setting up SKAdNetwork via MMP 

Familiarity with sGTM & Google Cloud

Knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
