Growing together.** If you are located in New York or New Jersey, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements + Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems + Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses + Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks. + Translates concepts into practice + Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues + Responsible for arranging the booking, set-up, and establishment of company presence at events and exhibits You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + High School diploma/GED + Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation + 4+ years of event planning or marketing experience within a matrix organization + 4+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment + 4+ years of experience using communications and interpersonal skills (internal/external) + 4+ years of experience in meeting sales promotion/marketing targets + 4+ years of experience using organizational skills + 4+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint + Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
