Senior Marketing Implementation Professional

The purpose of the Senior Marketing Implementation Professional is to facilitate sales-related presentation and design requests from all sales channels.

· Understands client needs and provides critical support to further business relationships and revenue for ManpowerGroup.

· Uses documented processes, tools and graphics to develop and deliver client-specific, persuasive presentations.

· Performs advanced, diversified support to sales within multiple brands, and is also trusted to design/format confidential presentations for internal purposes.

· Applies broad based experience, skills and acquired company knowledge of organization and department policies and practices to deliver projects of confidential nature while under tight deadlines.

· Accountable for conceptual design of business development materials, editing and formatting client presentations for visual storytelling, assisting in sales pursuits and taking the lead to complete projects of varying complexity as assigned.

Making an Impact

· Partners with sales to synthesize key selling points and data into a compelling visual pitch to support client presentations and proposals to support net new business, retention and expansion.

· Prepares and edits sales presentations, QBRs and other sales-centric visual communications.

· Creative strategy and concepting to reflect client values into custom presentations to increase salience and effectiveness.

· Project manages the presentation process with sales teams in order to meet the customer deadline.

· Attend and plan sales meetings.

· Relentless focus on continuous improvement related to sales support.

· Collect and compile information related to global deal support, where majority of opportunity potential is in North America.

· Work as a strategic partner with sales teams in presentation decisions, often providing feedback and suggestions guided by multi-brand expertise.

· Makes recommendations and influence on internal team members and provides design and/or strategic visual direction to fellow team members on priority and workflow.

· Coordinate with SMEs and go-to stakeholders for presentation content and solutions.

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

· Manages requests from various stakeholders throughout the business including sales presentations, upselling presentations, RFI/RFP graphics and companions, QBRs, sales content updates and client-centered event presentations.

· Utilizes Highspot, our sales tool arsenal, and/or SMEs for design ideas and requests for content elements.

· Partners with Marketing, Sales and Engagement colleagues to address presentations and other sales requests proactively, always seeking to evolve best practices.

· Collaborates with immediate Sales Excellence team members on on-going projects and deliverables.
