Senior Marketing Manager, Global Personal Care
Ecolab Life Sciences is seeking an extraordinary Senior Marketing Manager, Personal Care. The role is responsible for commanding a deep understanding of market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and the necessary tactics to grow our global share in personal care with industry-leading manufacturers. The Segment Marketing Manager oversees the Personal Care portfolio and segment strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, the key role of the Senior Marketing Manger, Personal Care is to oversee short-term and long-term growth strategies to help achieve Pharma & Personal Care vision of becoming a $1B business. This is a unique opportunity to step into a global leadership role, leading cross-functional teams to develop the innovation pipeline, market strategies, and growth plans across the globe.

Manage a Sr. Marketing Associate, working together to support global sales growth, profitability, and innovation strategy within a $40M+ portfolio targeting 2x sales in 5 years, within a $1B marketOwn, manage and develop a full portfolio of compelling solutions to achieve sales and profit targets.Lead new product development and launches including target customer selection, value proposition development and pricing, and training and educational tools.Lead a global cross-functional team, ensuring alignment to segment priorities, to deliver project and business results.Develop in-depth customer, competitive, and market knowledge. Communicate business insights, market needs and opportunities to develop short-term and long-term new product development strategiesDrive Best-in-Class strategy with our Personal Care customers, collaborating across Ecolab to accelerate TVD and best-in-class sellWork closely with Corporate Account and Field Sales teams to develop and implement customer-specific strategies.Collaborate with regional marketing teams to drive global innovation and executionAssist in developing sales and customer training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. MBA strongly preferred.Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience as well as a successful track record of leadership and accountability in a matrix organizationImmigration sponsorship not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Business-to-business marketing experience, preferably in the manufacturing space Background in building and implementing a marketing strategy on a global scaleStrong organizational and project management skills.Experience leading teams comprised of cross-functional team members over which the individual has no direct reporting relationship.Ability to navigate complex matrix organization to include and influence key stakeholders in various functions and regions.Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasksEffective oral and written communication skills, good attention to detail, and well-developed leadership qualitiesDemonstrated initiative and leadership skills; setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results.
