The Asset Services Senior Marketing Manager leads, develops and executes upon a strategic marketing plan for the Americas Multifamily Asset Services business. This role will collaborate with our Global Marketing & Research organization to develop a robust marketing strategy that connects with our clients and prospects, drives revenue and increases brand awareness and exposure.Job Description
Responsibilities:Strategize, develop, execute and measure results on an overall strategic marketing plan and individuals marketing campaigns on an ongoing basisPartner with business leadership to understand business objectives and align marketing plan to these initiatives; provide subject matter expertise to help drive profitable revenue growth in concert with the business leadership teams through brand initiatives:Use local/regional competitive, client, and market insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing spendDevelop both a proactive, strategic approach with business leadership, along with requisite reactive, tactical approachDevelop, pitch, implement and execute creative campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness and exposurePartner with Marketing & Research’s Centers of Excellence in digital, communications, creative, and research to develop comprehensive content plans to drive engagement throughout the client/asset life cycleSupport the communication needs of leadership. Build and advise on communication strategy and planPartner with other service line marcom leaders to share best practices, key insights, and competitive intelligence, and coordinate on overall talent managementServe as a thought leader by developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the business, including key trends, client needs & wants, competitive analysis, future threats and opportunities, etc.Provide oversight and direction, ensure global standards are applied, and brand positioning is supported for all marcom activitiesQualifications:6+ years of experienceBachelor’s degreeCommercial Real Estate experience preferred, experience supporting professional services company requiredExceptional project management and organizational skillsDigital Marketing experienceExperience serving as primary marketing leader for an office or revenue groupExperience supporting all associated advertising, PR, events and business development activities in compliance with corporate guidelinesHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteThorough knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteCompetenciesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsExcellent analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsAbility to work effectively in a culturally and educationally diverse environmentStrong leadership qualities – communication, building and leveraging relationships, managing-up, down and across, stakeholder management and self confidenceAbility to influence peers and leadersAbility to implement and enforce proceduresSuccessful track record of marketing resultsCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
