About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Paid Social Manager to lead and scale our paid social advertising programs across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance optimization of paid social campaigns, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution:
Define, lead, and execute the paid social strategy across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Develop full-funnel strategies to support evergreen, seasonal, and 360 marketing campaigns, driving both performance and brand objectives. Partner closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to set ambitious goals and align efforts with overarching business objectives.Campaign Management & Optimization:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns, ensuring optimal performance against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Utilize platform tools and data-driven insights to continuously test and refine campaign elements, including targeting, creative, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager, internal creative and organic social teams to develop high-performing ad content tailored to platform-specific audiences and formats.Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders through regular reporting and analysis. Lead the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and inform decision-making. Use performance data to proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.Collaboration & Leadership:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Analytics, to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand standards. Act as the primary point of contact for social platform representatives, staying informed of platform updates, best practices, and emerging opportunities. Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.Innovation & Trendspotting:
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platform capabilities, integrating innovative strategies into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge. Experiment with new formats, targeting strategies, and technologies to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition.Team Leadership & Management:
Manage and mentor up to two direct reports, providing coaching, professional development, and performance feedback. Assign projects, set clear priorities, and foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment. Support team growth by identifying skills gaps, optimizing workflows, and encouraging innovation.The experience you have
5-7+ years of experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Expertise in paid social platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and others. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns accordingly. Deep understanding of audience segmentation, creative testing, and platform-specific ad formats. Experience managing significant budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently.The way you work
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion for social media, digital trends, and paid advertising strategies.Benefits

Base Salary Range: $157k
