Senior Marketing Manager, ZA Marketplace

This role will be responsible for building a multi-channel strategy to recruit sellers, working with a network of stakeholders to deploy that strategy, measuring initiatives and optimizing for scaling success. A successful candidate will be data-led, fast-paced, capable of building a well informed strategy to address difficult problems and forging strong relationships amongst their stakeholders as well as their team.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop strategy in collaboration with stakeholders to scalably recruit sellers
• Effectively communicate strategy, verbally and in writing, to business leadership
• Manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects and campaigns, tracking and reporting on key milestones
• Develop content to build awareness, seller education and deliver in a scalable way
• Define goals and measurement with granularity to conduct data-driven evaluation on the effectiveness of each marketing activity
• Build mechanisms to measure performance and communicate insights
• Earn trust from internal and external partners, balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Work with regional and global teams to share ideas, best practice and results to contribute other market’s growth

The Amazon Marketplace is a critical part of the Amazon consumer business which offers millions of sellers the opportunity to build and grow their business using Amazon’s reach and expertise. Sellers are our customers and we help them to sell their products to hundreds of millions of customers world-wide. We are looking for a talented marketer to drive our Seller programs.
