Senior Marketing Manager DIG - *Remote*

This is a remote role with a potential for travel for some in-person meetings.  Currently we are unable to hire in the following states:  PA, NY, OH, MA, HI and CO.


The Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for creating marketing plans and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve organizational business and strategic objectives. This role collaborates closely with the marketing, automation, and operations teams to implement effective content distribution strategies, using data insights to guide campaign and email marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience segmentation, content strategy, and campaign management across various marketing channels.

Day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in the development of marketing plans and liaising with stakeholders in understanding business needs to help determine marketing strategy and support required. 

This includes: 

Analyzing data from current campaigns to evaluate performance, identifying areas for optimization to improve key metrics Informing new campaign builds by interpreting data insights and trends, continually refining strategies to meet audience needs Contributing to A/B testing initiatives by helping to define hypotheses, assess variables, and analyze results to inform content strategy Informing audience segmentation by understanding user motivations and tailoring content to address specific audience needs and behaviors Developing copy strategies that effectively reach and resonate with target audiences, tailoring messaging to align with varied motivations and engagement preferences Customizing campaign and email marketing copy to support different stages of the user journey, reinforcing key messaging and calls to action

In addition, the Senior Manager ensures planning follows the appropriate campaign development process and ensures campaigns are executed on time and on budget. The Senior Manager participates in key strategic meetings and forums to ensure a constant and trusted presence for the marketing function and provides sound marketing counsel, advice and strategic input in support of operations. 

The Senior Manager will also ensure all marketing activities are in alignment with current brand guidelines and will identify, inventory and proactively manage the multiple consumer messaging touch points; as well as work directly with creative services and other vendors to brief in and manage the development of necessary signage and appropriate collateral materials. 

The Senior Manager plays an important coordination role to ensure all marketing activities and messages are aligned in market and that campaign objectives are clearly stated, measured and reported appropriately.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience Experience building complex marketing plans and reporting on the results. Proven marketing campaign management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

8 years In a marketing leadership role. Healthcare marketing or healthcare leadership. Skilled writer and editor Experience building complex marketing plans and reporting on the results with a track record in content marketing and distribution, growth marketing, and data analysis Proven marketing campaign management experience Experience working within a marketing tech stack, including various analytics platforms like GA4 and Adobe Analytics Strong proficiency in using data to inform content strategies and optimize campaign performance Skilled in developing targeted copy strategies and understanding audience segmentation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action Collaborative and customer-centric, with a talent for developing compelling, tailored content that aligns with audience needs and business objectives
