**Job Description**
Join the Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) Regional Marketing team to help us deliver the growth, and marketing integration of our owned channels within our EUC and Nordics markets.
We believe the local touch is what makes the real difference when talking to our audience. The team drives acquisition into our owned engagement experiences including LEGO Play app, LEGO Builder app, kids.lego.com, LEGO Magazine and LEGO.com.
In addition, we also create locally relevant content for our experiences in individual markets to support globally driven campaigns.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Deliver growth and engagement of our owned channels and marketing activation of our owned channel audiences - kids, families, adults and shoppers.
+ Lead integration of LEGO® owned channels in the EUC and Nordics markets with strong market focus and joint approach to strategy development/budget planning.
+ Create and implement locally relevant campaigns across our channels that engage key audiences and build awareness of various ecosystem touchpoints and enable a meaningful consumer journey to take place.
+ Leverage and analyse available data and insights to better understand our audiences, and the best ways to engage with them on a regional and local level.
+ Work with the global marketing team in their planning process, bring market perspective, and relevant inputs towards campaign planning.
+ Work closely with product owners to ensure we are feeding the needs of our regional and market stakeholders into the products we develop.

The Digital Consumer Engagement team is responsible for the creation, growth and engagement of our owned channels across the kids, adult, and family audiences. These experiences are a core part of the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO® experiences in meaningful ways which creates deeper consumer engagement and improved consumer life- time value.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Several years of experience working in a similar marketing role where you have demonstrated an understanding of different audiences and have developed engaging strategic campaigns which have delivered the growth and engagement of the audience or brand.
+ Strong digital marketing knowledge with hands-on experience is a must-have - how to grow and sustain target audiences through digital channels.
+ Stakeholder management experience within an international organizational structure.
+ Determined, motivated professional with a strong sense of team ethic, creative thinking, organized approach and confident communication style (proficiency in English).
+ Independent, energetic and desire to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
+ Adaptable and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behavior.
