Datadog is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to help provide essential operational support to our global field marketing organization. This role will report to the Director of Technical Marketing Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including landing page and form management, reporting and analytics, budget management, and other key functions. You will work closely with the field marketing teams to ensure all field motions are effective, consistent, and on budget.

What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to person for all things analytics and reporting for the global field marketing organization. Proactively surface insights to improve and optimize first party event performance. Exhibit curiosity about our data. While direct requests may often involve answering who, what and where questions about our marketing performance, we want you to adopt a problem-solving mentality that seeks to answer why. Further support the field marketing team by helping key cross functional data-sets. Create and manage landing pages from templates for first party events and partner with campaign operations to ensure consistent, standardized implementation of forms. Gain an in-depth understanding of our Marketing Operations processes and MarTech stack to serve as a point of contact for the field marketing team seeking to understand the reporting backend while also contributing to improvements at every stage. Revamp old and create new processes and ways of working for our field marketers, both globally and regionally. Drive adoption and compliance of new processes and standards within the field marketing team. Ensure that the field marketing team comply with all standards, templates and processes established by Marketing Operations including lead routing and segmentation. Collaborate and own relationships with not only the field team but also campaign ops and analytics teams within the org.Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus) 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics or a similar role with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and reporting Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Salesforce and Marketo experience highly desired. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences The ideal candidate for this role will be self-driven. They will be able to discover and scope out requirements to ideate and create processes and workflows that drive standardization across our field marketing campaigns.Datadog values people from all walks of life.
