Senior Marketing & Sales Coordinator

The Senior Marketing and Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role within the expanding marketing team at Belmark, supporting multiple functions across the department. This role involves the management of brand assets, tactical execution of projects, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position is key to supporting the Belmark brand in tradeshow and association execution, sales onboarding initiatives and more. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage and own projects from start to finish, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management, and a keen attention to detail.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Asset Management: Owns the internal brand asset management platform, ensuring all assets are organized, current, and accessible. Drives continuous improvement of processes, including asset review, refresh, organization, and auditing. Manages onboarding and training of new users and provides troubleshooting support. Third-Party Asset Collection: Develops and implements a streamlined process for final asset collection from third-party vendors. Tradeshow and Event Management: Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to plan the annual tradeshow calendar and budget. Oversees event execution, including pre- and post-event marketing automation campaigns. Analyzes post-show results, recommends improvements for future events, and ensures concurrent shows maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI. Manages and reports on the event budget. Partnership Opportunities: Proactively seeks new tradeshow and association partnership opportunities to expand brand visibility and engage additional industries within identified Belmark markets. Product Introduction Support: Works with marketing and product management teams to assist in developing materials for internal and customer-facing deliverables related to new product launches. Sales Collateral Management: Establishes and executes a process for regular review and updates of sales collateral. Product Training and Communication: Collaborates with internal teams to create training materials and communication plans for updates on existing products and platforms, ensuring sales and support teams are well-informed. Provides leadership and assistance executing special projects. Creates impactful presentations on Belmark products and solutions that will be used in various executions such as internal sales meetings, sales presentations, educational sessions, tradeshows, etc. Acts as backup to Marketing Sales Support Coordinator to fulfill sample requests. Interacts with management and sales on on-going basis. May be required to travel. Performs other duties as assigned by manager. Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience, with minimum of four years proven experience. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience in developing marketing content and communications for B2B. Must be able to communicate and provide verbal and written feedback in a professional, clear, and concise manner. Must thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment. Must be able to analyze variables and choose the most effective course of action for the organization at any given point in time. Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects with aggressive deadlines across multiple business units. Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action plans. Must be a solution-based thinker who pays attention to critical details while maintaining a constant line of sight to the bigger picture. Ability to operate a computer and a variety of standard office equipment. Proficient in all MS Office applications. Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed written and oral instructions. Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position. May be required to work some overtime. Good understanding of office management and marketing and sales principles. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be assertive and capable of self-direction and personal goal setting. Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail. Ability to: stand and walk for 90% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 10% of work time. Ability to: use hands for 100% of work time; reach above shoulders for 50% of work time; and use feet to operate machines for 30% of work time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or less 20% of work time. May lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to: see clearly at 20 inches or less; and clearly identify and distinguish colors.

Working Conditions
