Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity The Marketing Specialist – Audience Management & Data Connectivity will play a meaningful role in managing all aspects of audience curation and media metric tracking alignment – pertaining to tagging, tracking, audience verification, data capture strategy and overall media technology. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape; operates with high attention to detail and process orientation; possesses excellent communication skills; and can conceptualize and collaborate across teams. 
In office role with hybrid schedule. Ally work location is Charlotte NCAt this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The Work Itself Work together with marketing and agency partners as the subject matter expert on our ecosystem of data to build custom segments and support campaign executions. Identify, build, and manage audience segments from campaigns and user journeys that can be used for personalization and advertising / marketing activation. Manage the operational deployment of audiences in Adobe and Liveramp to end-destinations. Coordinate with colleagues and vendors to follow project management best practices, ensuring feature requests and bugs are handled appropriately. Stay on top of emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for future adoption. Execute media metric tracking strategy from script build to implementation, validation, and ongoing monitoring. 
The Skills You Bring 3 years of relevant marketing experience required Experience managing audiences in an onboarding or segmentation tool (e.g., DMP or CDP) preferred Familiarity and hands-on experience with onsite tracking scripts, implementation process, and testing preferred. Experience with: Adobe Audience Manager or Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform preferred. Liveramp or another data onboarding identity partner. Tracking scripts and sniffer tools (e.g., google event snippets, adobe debugger, ghostery). Mobile App Tracking solutions (e.g., Kochava, Appsflyer, Adjust). Process-oriented and thrives on strong attention to detail. Organized with efficient multi-tasking and time management skills. Works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines. Innate curiosity and loves problem solving / troubleshooting. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Agility to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Effective communication skills with a can-do attitude and desire to get things done.

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $100000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
