Workplace: Hybrid ( #LI-Hybrid ), Remote ( #LI-Remote ) - depending on candidate location.

Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. About the role... Functions as an assistant to staff operations in the East Territory. Gives guidance, communications to Field Operations Analysts and Leadership; performs analysis of territory results in assigned areas and develops programs to address solutions; enhances application of market development, loss ratio, profit and productivity programs; and assists all Leaders to achieve results related to Corporate Goals. What you'll accomplish... Provides specialty assistance developed through specific experience and training to the Head of Field Operations and the Regional President. Works closely with Field Operations Analysts as a support function to provide operational support and to assist in the accomplishment of all field objectives and goals. Assists Managing Directors to analyze and determine areas needing priority attention and provides corrective assistance to affect a solution. Functions as Strategic Assistant to the Head of Field Operations where applicable. Performs other duties as assigned. Physical actions... Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs. maximum, and seeing.Physical environment... Required job duties are normally performed in a climate- controlled office environment.Education needed... High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Completion of the AMTC course, and completion of, or actively pursuing CLU, CPCU, LUTCF, GAMMA or NALU studies. Field Management Sales program must be completed within first 12 months of employment. Experience needed...

Five years with Farmers in Salary Grade 30 or above, including three years Marketing experience, completion of the Marketing Management Trainee Program and a minimum of eighteen months as Marketing Specialist (or equivalent experience).

Note: Candidate qualifications may be reviewed against the requirements for the associated levels of this position's core function. Salary grade will be based on selected candidates' experience and skills.
